GREAT SALT LAKE ROWING

Are you interested in learning how to use an indoor rowing machine properly or improve your technique? This Indoor Rowing Clinic is for you! We'll teach the basics of rowing technique and how to get a safe and effective workout on the erg. The clinic will be on Saturday, March 14th from 12pm-2pm in the Wasatch Building at the Utah State Fairpark. Open to adults 18+ years old, all experience levels welcome. GSLR club membership not required to participate.

Stay fit throughout the winter by joining us for indoor rowing workouts on the ergometers! The group will meet M/W @ 6pm and Sat. @ 7am in the Wasatch Building at the Utah State Fairpark, beginning December 8th and running through the end of March. Open to adults 18+ years old. GSLR club membership not required to participate.

This is for experienced rowers who are visiting Salt Lake and would like to guest row with us, or for new club members who are experienced rowers but need to first demonstrate proficiency and receive an orientation from a GSLR coach.
